Usually for engine oil packaging,plastic and tinplate is main material.Plastic bottle have the lower cost;easy to transportation and Good squeeze.but when the metal square tin can comes,that looking nice with print outside,during selling ,metal packaging also can give person a high-end feel.Tin cans are widely used ,because it is environmentally friendly materials.
2. Print of the pattern
In the market,engine oil logo we have three kinds to show on the outside packaging:sticker;film sticker;CYKM print.
A.Stickers--advantage:easy printing;lowest price,disadvantage--Stickers fall off, affecting the brand.
B.The advantage of in-mold paste is the rigorous process in the later stage, the printing effect is guaranteed, and the quality is reliable, but the shortcomings are also large. The number of printing in the later stage and the matching equipment are limited. Products with different viscosities and even different grades are processed by inkjet. But no matter how it is solved, there will be a certain amount of inventory backlog.
C.CYMK print ,that is effect is better than before two kinds,although it is cost is high than above two,but many clients choose this,it make the packaging looks well during selling.and cost is not very high.
When you choose the logo show on the packaging,i think we need consider the qty and selling in market,to choose the best way for our logo.
